| Today, we're going to pay homage to the weather by writing a poem about rain. As always, poems don't have to rhyme--but wouldn't it be more fun if your's did? |

rain is cool rain is fun but it's not as cool as the sun
if there was rain every second of the day then we would all be washed away
god made rain it once the earth did reign good thing he said he wouldn't do it again!

rain is wet rain is cold I hate to say it but it smells like mold.
I hate rain it is so so plain I think it should take the blame.

Rain: A Haiku
Rain drops keep falling On my head--perhaps I should Go back indoors, huh.
There once was a substance called rain, That Mr. Hill did wholly disdain. "It gets my hair wet!" He said with regret, "And trying to dodge it's a pain."
