Journal Entry--April 26
Today, some wacky definitions. Do your best to figure out what these words mean (the real meanings will be posted later) or just make up a funny definition that might be right:

1. escarole--a type of lettuce
2. gaggle--a group of geese
3. bovine--having to do with cows
4. perfunctory--thoughtless or uninterested
5. remunerate--to pay someone
6. absconded--to leave quickly and secretly and hide oneself
7. cacophony--a meaningless mixture of sounds

    escarole: the french word for the carol?
    gaggle: a cross between giggle & gag.
    bovine: a vine that grows bows.
    perfunctory: a factory that makes perfume...haha
    remunerate: to recount your money
    absconded: when you eat so many scones that your abs turn into them!!
    cacophony: a fake casket? haha

    3.Bovine:some kind of a vine.
    4.Perfunctory:factories around the world.
    5.Remunerate:to get better from a cold.
    6.Absconded:to get a new pet!
    7.Cacophony:to call somebody on the phone and hang up on them.

    Escarole means a type of chineese food. Gaggle means when you laugh but don't make any noise. Bovine means to act natural. Perfunctory means the perfect "funk". Remunerate means to recount all your money. Absconded means something is highly absurd. Cacophony means a fake bar of chocolate.
